Up selling is one of the most important a valuable skill in increase the growth and profit for your business. Not only will it earn you more revenue but it will also increase customer satisfaction. 

First, if you didn't know, up selling is a sales technique where you would introduce the customer to purchase more items, upgrades or other add-ons in an attempt to make a more profitable sale and a more personal experience.

If you’re not up selling to your customers, you’re missing out on a LOT of revenue. Think about how much revenue McDonald's would be losing if they didn't ask "would you like fries with that?" That's up selling.

Charge a per mile/km on any deliveries that are outside your service areas. Earn an extra: $50 to $300 per booking.

Add a food cart with your cart. This may be your best seller as most customer typically ask for popcorn or cotton candy machine with inflatables.  Earn an extra: $100-$150 per booking.

 Remember, always offer the up sell, don't be pushy and make it relevant!!
